Ok, so formal nights they (Oasis of the Seas) suggest you wear formal attire which in this day and age means you can wear just about anything. That is except bare feet, short pants, caps and tank tops. These things are not permitted in the Dining Rooms or any of their Specialty Restaurants. The Cruise Compass, Oasis’ daily newspaper, says this every day in the Important Things To Know Today column. They over look short pants, caps and tank tops except on Formal Night. I did feel badly for the older gentlemen who show up in shorts on Formal Night and were turned away. These are some of the professional shots taken on our second formal night.
