After the nice breakfast on our balconies we were off to the island. Samantha and I found a great location to play in the sand and water while the rest of the group headed to the Dragons Breath Flight Line. After receiving their flight briefing and orientation they were “suited up†with their gear.
They then did the “Little Dragon†flight line to make sure they wanted to do the big one. After their test run they rode in a custom made safari vehicles to the take off point for the Dragon’s Breath.
This is the view from the Dragon’s Breath. It is 500 feet above the beaches of Labadee and is over 2,600 feet long. It is the longest flight line in the world over water. At times as they zipped along at speeds of 40-50 mph. No the line doesn’t go into the water just look like from this height. That is our ship in the background.
And here they go…….
